is submission of working poc needed or idea submission is also allowed?

Need to get clarity because below requirements made as optional
Link to GitHub/GitLab/other code repository, if applicable
Optional: Link to a working demo
Optional: Photos of each team member

    Hi Gamini. Yes, those pieces of the project are all optional. This may result in a lower Technical score, but as you can see in the judging criteria, that is only one piece of your total score. If your submission is a working POC or idea, we highly recommend a prototype using a tool like Figma or InVision.
